My work captures the images that float through my mind as various stories play out in my head. Themes like mystery, magic, nostalgia and silence influence my work, providing a constant stream of images. I then recreate these images resulting in black and white photographic fragments that are placed onto rock crystal, agate, quartz, slate and other gemstones. The images are drowned, obscured, crumbled and sunken.
The process is organic and intuitive, each piece has a completely different evolution.
